Our classes are focused on growing your asana practice at any level. Geared for both beginning and returning students, these classes give you the time and support to understand the proper alignment of yoga asanas (postures) and fundamental breathing technique. You will be amazed as you discover how your body works and what it is capable of. Yoga Fundamentals classes are 75 minutes long.
In this more challenging alignment based vinyasa class, postures are linked to powerful breath. All of our YogaFlow teachers have their own unique style, so be sure to visit the teacher's page to find a personal description of what to expect in their class. Most YogaFlow classes are 75 minutes in length although we offer a Friday evening class and a few lunch hour classes that are 60 minutes. Expect to be transformed!
A gentle, grounding practice appropriate for all levels. Expect breath work, mindful movement, and plenty of stretching. A great way to unwind at the end of the day.
This is FUNdamentals with a little something extra. If you have been coming to Fundamentals for a while but have felt out of your comfort zone still in a flow class - or nervous to even attemp it. This is the class for you. We will gently move "toward" flow but in a very accessible way. See you there!
This is a deep, grounding flow class focused on opening up the hips and the legs. Hip Hip Hooray! All levels welcome.
Delve into more advanced asana and variations in this challenging class. Take this class only if you have an excellent understanding of your body and the postures presented in YogaFlow classes. To be safe: we ask that you be able to do a strong Upward Faced Bow and a headstand in the middle of the room..
The perfect way to end your weekend/start your week......This class is for ALL levels and helps you find stillness (often with the use of props) in simple poses for extended periods of time to achieve a deep level of relaxation. Come treat yourself - Slow down the pace of your life - and create a more relaxed muscle memory for your mind, body, and spirit.
