Yoga Fundamentals

Geared for both beginning and returning students, these classes give you the time and support to understand the proper alignment of yoga asanas (postures) and fundamental breathing technique. You will be amazed as you discover how your body works and what it is capable of. Yoga Fundamentals classes are 75 minutes long.

In this more challenging alignment based vinyasa class, postures are linked to powerful breath.   All of our YogaFlow teachers have their own unique style, so be sure to visit the teacher's page to find a personal description of what to expect in their class. Most YogaFlow classes are 75 minutes in length although we offer a Friday evening class and a few lunch hour classes that are 60 minutes. Expect to be transformed!

A gentle, grounding practice appropriate for all levels. Expect breath work, mindful movement, and plenty of stretching. A great way to unwind at the end of the day.

Stretch and Breathe

Recharge and Reboot. An hour and fifteen minutes of pure stretching and breathing bliss. Through activated and supported stretches, we will lengthen tired and tight muscles to ease nagging pain and discomfort. We will find the ease and alignment to hold stretches longer and find space in trouble spots such as hips, hamstrings, shoulders, neck, back, etc. We will end the class working with breath control to ease the chaos of the mind. You will feel longer, lighter and rebooted by the end of class.

The perfect way to end your weekend/start your week......This class is for ALL levels and helps you find stillness (often with the use of props) in simple poses for extended periods of time to achieve a deep level of relaxation. Come treat yourself - Slow down the pace of your life - and create a more relaxed muscle memory for your mind, body, and spirit.
